I haven’t used my OTouch enough yet to form a final opinion of the device. I will say that it works and is impressive. But what really impressed me upon first seeing the device and still impresses me every time I see it is the small LED menu screen. So I have had this for a little while now and used it only 3 times. I feel that the problem with the device is that the opening doesn't close at all. So there is some suction but not closer to the base. If the opening could be closed more like some of the other products I think it would be much better. At this point though I feel like I should have bought one of the other products you make.
